It is free of charge, at your home, and it is usually between 15-30 minutes. You will meet a wonderful, experienced member from our Management team, and we will send you New Client forms to fill out beforehand so we can get to know your pet(s). Our goal is for our first meeting to be as positive as possible.
Nope, we can accommodate any schedule, and are always available whenever our Pet Parents need us. If you do decide to set up a Repeat Schedule, we set it up for a month in advance.
 
You can do so on your Client Portal, or call our office line, text (612-203-1483), or email us. We want to make this process quick and easy for our Pet Parents. To avoid any Cancellation fees you will need to cancel 24hrs in advance. If it’s due to an emergency, all fees will be waived.
 
No, we only provide service for one client at a time. This ensures the safety of your dog(s) and our team. We do provide One-on-One Playdate visits if your pup would like to make a new doggie bff to play with!
 
If you’d like you can meet members of our pack before your walks and visits start, otherwise you will be able to see who is coming to see your pet(s) by name on your schedule on your Client Portal. As soon as your visit starts our team Checks In, which will GPS mark their location so you can see they are at your home, and at the end of their visit they will Check Out, which will also GPS mark their location. You can also choose to have them send a text update with pictures so you can see your sweetheart(s) and hear how their visit went right away. You will also be able to see if there are any training visits with Management on your schedule if you are alright with us building your team whenever we can. We want our Pet Parents and their pet(s) to be as comfortable as possible with our service.
 
We are open 365 days a year, and provide service on the weekends, and holidays. There is a $10 Holiday fee applied to each visit on the holidays listed on our Service Menu.
 

Our Business Hours are 7am-8pm 7days a week, with abilities to provide visits before and after those times with an additional $5 After Business hour fee. We also have an office staff available from 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday to answer any questions, or will be able to get you in touch with our Management Team.

 

There is a tip option when you make your payment on your Client Portal. You can even leave tips at your home in envelopes with your sitter’s name on them to pick them up when they see your cuties.

We aim to deliver a consistent experience for your pet(s), and our goal is to introduce 2-5 of our professional sitters to your pet(s) who will become your team, and will be readily available whenever you need walks or visits. We want to always be able to cover any requests you need, so with a bigger team we can ensure availability. 

 

If you would like to limit your team to 1-2 people, we can do that as well. We try to assign a Primary Sitter to your account whose availability best matches your schedule, but if something comes up and they aren’t available we hope to have built your team with 1-2 additional people so we can always have your visits covered.
 
We strive to hire compassionate, animal loving individuals who will be patient, and will never push your pet out of their comfort zone. If they are unable to create a bond, we can remove that sitter from your team, and find a better match with a sitter who may be better suited to provide care for your sweetheart. We also provide training visits where our Management staff will train in each sitter individually with your pet, and we make sure our sitter is comfortable and confident with their routine, and most importantly your fur baby is comfortable with our sitter.
 
We absolutely love the chance to interact with shy, anxious pets, because their love is the most rewarding, and we love having the chance to show them all the love possible. We can start our Meet & Greet outside, have visits while our Pet Parents are home, bring extra special treats (lunch meat, cheese, hot dogs) to help butter your babes up, and our goal is to help make them feel safe, secure, and loved. We have sitters who have excellent experience with this, and patience is always key. 
 
Yes, we run a criminal background check, have a thorough interview process, detailed orientation, and our General Manager Emily only hires those she would trust to walk, and take care of her own pack at home – 2 dogs & 2 bunnies.

You are able to put a credit card on file in your Client Portal, or you can mail your checks to our office in St Paul Park, MN. Everytime your payment is processed and applied to your account you will receive an email confirmation. If you end up cancelling paid services, the credit can be applied to future walks and visits.
 

You’re in luck! We have Paw Prints gift cards available for purchase over the phone at our office, and we have them available to your nearest Sam’s Club location.
